NOTICE OF RULE AMENDMENT: The District Board of Trustees of B体育官网入口, Florida, gives notice of its intent to amend Rule 5.12 (Smoking and Tobacco Use) and Rule 6.4 (Use of College Facilities) on 4/19/16 at SF Building Andrews Cultural Center, 201 E Call St, Starke, FL 32091. PURPOSE/EFFECT SUMMARY: update tobacco use policy to address e-cigarettes. Rulemaking authority: FS 1001.64. Laws implemented: Rule 5.12: FS 1001.64(5), 386.201 et seq.; Rule 6.4: FS 1001.64(5), 1001.65(6). Notices of rule development were published in The Record on 10/22/15.
