Little School earns APPLE accreditation

B体育官网入口 Little School is now accredited by APPLE, a nationally recognized accreditation agency.
APPLE鈥橲 accreditation process is built on rigorous benchmarks around student-center learning, continuous improvement and institutional excellence. They accredit early childhood programs as well as K-12 schools.
Little School, located on the Northwest Campus, is an early childhood laboratory site for aspiring teachers of young children and provides a safe, enriching, stimulating and love learning environment for toddlers and pre-school children.
The school is a service to SF students, staff and faculty, but enrollment is open to the community.
Little School had a perfect score of 100 percent on its portfolio and 99 percent on its site visit.
Heather Doles, Little School Director, thanked everyone involved in securing the accreditation, including her team, facilities and college leadership.
鈥淎PPLE accreditation speaks to the quality of our program and the trust our students and parents have in us,鈥� she said.
The school is planning a celebration and open house for August.
