Applications for the 2025-2026 school year continue to be open for enrollment of incoming
ninth and tenth graders. Enrollment has first come first serve until July 31, 2025.
There are no requirements for ninth graders. However, tenth graders will be asked to submit an unofficial transcript along with their application to verify a minimum 3.0 cumulative grade point average and the completion of six (6) high school credits, of which must include one credit in each of math, science, language arts, history, and two other credits.

The Academy (Building G) has been under construction this summer, preparing to welcome you on Monday, August 11, 2025. The Academy team is currently located in High School Dual Enrollment (building R-05) until August 7, 2025.

- Complete the application in its entirety and return via email, mail or drop-off.
If your students last academic year was Home school, Private school, out of county, or out of state. You will need to enroll your student online at the following:

Required Documents
To complete the enrollment process, you will also need to provide the Academy with the following documents:
- Birth Certificate
- Shot Record (Florida Form DH680)
- Physical Form (must be within one year of the date of enrollment)
Alachua County Schools' Operations Policy po98900.04 indicates that students who primary
legal residence is in the district shall be given preference over nonresident students
with respect to admission to a charter school. District applicants will all be included
in the Preference Lottery, non-district applicants will all be included in the General
Lottery.
When the Academy receives more than 75 completed applications by the deadline. All
applicants are entered into lottery. Applicants are assigned a 4-digit lottery number
(1001 to 9999) using a random number generator. Applicants will be randomly selected
using their lottery number to maintain confidentiality. Selections 1 鈥 75 will constitute
the initial academy selections. Selections 76+ will constitute the waitlist.
Students not selected during the lottery and applications received after the deadline
are placed on a waiting list.
Parents may withdraw a student at any time. All property belonging to B体育官网入口
Academy of Science and Technology must be returned in good condition on the student's
last day of attendance.
