HILLSBOROUGH HANDS SAINTS 65-54 LOSS
Tampa, FL 鈥� The Hillsborough CC Hawks handed B体育官网入口 (7-15, 1-3 MFC) their third straight Mid-Florida Conference loss on Saturday afternoon, defeating the Saints 65-54.
SF hung around in the first half and trailed just 36-33 at the break. Hillsborough turned up the defensive pressure and held the Saints to just 22 points in the second half to improved their record to 3-1 in the MFC, good enough for a first place tie with Daytona State.
Stephanie Edwards led the Saints with 16 points and Lydia Cuff scored seven to go with 10 rebounds.
